Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or invoice is required to process all refunds.

Refunds: Full refunds are available for purchases made via online bank transfer or credit card. For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, only exchanges are permitted.
